Personally, I think its gonna be a rip-off…

My Cons of the Program:-
People are still trying to get used to the 2007, why make another complicated one?
The Interface is so similar to that of 2007, why?
The Program is so slow

My Pros of the Program:-
Few bugs were fixed
More user-friendly
Useful to developers
Include tools for publishing

Maybe its worth giving it a try. However you might encounter some bugs and problems as its only a BETA version (unfinished product).
