67 Years old man beats up a young black male on AC Transit bus

A young black male tries to intimidate an old white man on a transit bus, The young guy claimed that the old man was being prejudice agaist him asking him “how much he(young black male) charges for a shoe shine” while the old man claimed he never asked him about a shoe shine.
