One of the most respected names in UK rap and music industry game changer, Sway, returns with the remix to his new single Still Speedin’, which is released on 4th December on 3beat Records. Bringing two of the UK’s finest rap talents together, British rapper Kano jumps on the track and stars in the remix video.
Still Speedin’ has already been named Zane Lowe’s Record Of The Week and made it onto the B-list at BBC 1Xtra. The single samples Loleatta Holloway’s ‘Love Sensation’, which was made famous by Black Box who sampled it on their 1989 #1 ‘Ride On Time’. Sway goes in on the track with his signature lyrical word-play, demonstrating his prowess with some serious punchlines.. Causing a huge buzz online, the lyrics have got the likes of Lewis Hamilton taking to Twitter to support the track.

Racism or Not?
A disturbed BBC Historian; David Starkley on a discussion/debate on the London (UK) Riots in which he described as a “black protest for the killing of a black man”. He claimed the black culture is to be blamed for the Riots and how “whites have become blacks”. Racist or not, he’s described the black community as “violent, destructive, nihilistic, gangster culture”. He claimed David Lammy (Tottenham’s MP) would sound “white” on a radio as he’s a “Successful black man” i.e. white symbolizes “success and respect” while Black signifies “poverty and criminality”. Other Guests on the show disagree with Starkley. i.e. Owen Jones who rote ” Chavs: the Demonisation of the Working Classes” and Dreda Say Mitchell (the author of “Running Hot”).

The UK is to stop direct aid to 16 countries, including Russia, China and Iraq, papers seen by the BBC suggest. A draft copy of the government’s
review of its overseas aid budget – due to be published this week – also reveals aid to India will be frozen.

But overall, the international development budget will rise by a third in this Parliament as a new approach focuses on value for money, it says. The report states that aid spending is good for Britain’s economy and safety.
Malaria deaths
The draft document outlines plans for greater transparency and accountability, with an emphasis on funding programmes that deliver greater results and which, specifically, help girls and women.
Resources will be focused on the 27 countries that account for three-quarters of the world’s maternal mortality and malaria deaths, such as Ghana and Afghanistan.
By 2014, 30% of UK aid is expected to go to war-torn and unstable countries. The report confirms that direct aid to countries including Iraq and Kosovo will stop, whilst aid to India will be frozen.
India is currently one of the biggest recipients of UK development aid, and there have been media campaigns in the UK suggesting an economy growing at nearly 10% a year simply does not need British assistance.
But others point out that nearly half a billion people in India are still desperately poor, and efforts to reduce global poverty will not progress without significant aid.
