Radio 1′s top DJs Fearne Cotton and Zane Lowe are getting involved in the campaign to find the most exciting new UK talent to showcase and they’re trying to get the word out.

BBC Radio 1 New Music is a month of activity on air introducing the best in New Music in all genres. Including bringing specialist DJ’s to the fore in daytime slots and the vote for the Sound of 2012.

New Music month will form the soundtrack to what will hopefully be the most momentous year in the lifetime of young Britons.
